摘　　要：全面从严治党体系,作为一个全面且持续演进的综合性系统,覆盖了党的建设的核心领域,涵盖了全体党员和各级党组织,贯穿了党的建设和治理的全过程,这一体系在维护无产阶级政党的先进性与纯洁性、推进党的自我革命以及解决大党独有难题等方面具有重要的政治意蕴。全面从严治党体系的构建基于多个核心要素的共同支撑:组织体系确保党内各项管理活动能够高效运转;教育体系专注于党内思想领域的深化;监管体系则发挥着重要的监督作用;制度体系为管党治党提供了明确而严谨的规范框架;责任体系确保党的各项任务和责任得到切实履行。为进一步健全全面从严治党体系,需要构建全面覆盖的体系基础、强化多维协同的治理效能、遵循法治思维和法治方式、加强体系机制建设与创新,从而打造要素齐全、功能完备、科学规范、运行高效的体系系统,推动全面从严治党迈向新高度。The comprehensive system of strict party governance,as a comprehensive and continuously evolving integrated system,covers the core areas of party construction,encompasses all party members and party organisations at all levels,and runs through the entire process of party construction and governance.This system has important political implications in maintaining the advanced and pure nature of the proletarian party,promoting the Party’s self-revolution,and solving the unique problems of large parties.The construction of this system is based on the common support of several core elements:the organisational system ensures the efficient operation of all management activities within the Party;the educational system focuses on deepening the ideological sphere of the Party;the supervisory system plays an important supervisory role;the institutional system provides a clear and rigorous normative framework for the management of the Party;and the responsibility system ensures that the Party’s tasks and responsibilities are carried out in an effective manner.In order to further improve the system of comprehensive and strict party governance,it is necessary to build a systematic foundation of comprehensive coverage;strengthen the effectiveness of multi-dimensional and synergistic governance;follow the rule of law thinking and the rule of law approach;and strengthen the system mechanism construction and innovation.The aim is to create a systematic system with complete elements,complete functions,scientific norms and efficient operation,and to promote the deepening and expanding of the comprehensive strict governance of the Party to a new height.
