摘 要:Fe掺杂辐照改性石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))制备铁掺杂分散性氮化碳,利用SEM、XRD、FTIR对材料进行表征,电子束辐照改变了石墨相氮化碳的能带结构,Fe的掺杂抑制了光生电子空穴对的复合。在光催化条件下利用铁掺杂分散性氮化碳对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原能力进行了试验研究,对电子束辐照剂量、催化剂种类、催化剂投加量、Fe的掺杂量等影响因素进行了相关的分析,结果表明:电子束辐照剂量为30 kGy,Fe的掺杂比例为10%时,Cr(Ⅵ)的降解效率最高,180 min内的降解率为95%,是纯石墨相氮化碳的4倍以上。Fe-doped graphite phase carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))was irradiated to prepare iron-doped dis⁃persed carbon nitride.The materials were characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.Electron beam irradia⁃tion changed the band structure of graphite phase carbon nitride,and Fe doping inhibited the recombi⁃nation of photogenerated electron hole pairs.An experimental study on the reduction capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)in wastewater by Fe-doped dispersed carbon nitride under photocatalytic conditions was carried out.Relevant experiments were carried out on the influence factors such as electron beam irradiation dose,catalyst type,catalyst dosage and Fe doping amount.The experimental results showed that:When the electron beam irradiation dose is 30 kGy and the doping ratio of Fe is 10%,the degradation effi⁃ciency of Cr(Ⅵ)is the highest,and the degradation rate within 180 min is 95%,which is more than 4 times that of pure graphite phase carbon nitride.
