摘　　要：为探讨床旁超声在急诊医学中临床应用的价值,选择本院2018年8月~2022年3月收治的急诊患者318例为研究对象,临床诊断时均应用床旁超声检查,以手术病理及临床诊断结果为标准,对床旁超声进行急诊患者的检查诊断准确率进行分析。结果表明:经床旁超声诊断结果可知,318例患者中,床旁超声诊断与术后病理及临床诊断对比其诊断准确率为97.4%,床旁超声诊断结果与术后病理及临床诊断结果比较相符。表明急诊医学中应用床旁超声后不仅能及时迅速地发现病因,明确诊断,而且能大幅提升诊断准确率,促使患者尽早接受正确有效的治疗,改善患者预后,缩短了患者恢复周期,对临床诊疗的指导价值较高。In order to investigate the value of bedside ultrasound in emergency medicine.a total of 318 cases of emergency patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to March 2022 were select⁃ed for the study.All the patients were examined by bedside ultrasonography,the diagnostic accuracy of bedside ultrasound in emergency patients was analyzed.Results show that in 318 patients,the diagnos⁃tic accuracy of bedside ultrasound was 97.4%,compared with postoperative pathology and clinical diag⁃nosis;the results of bedside ultrasonography were consistent with the postoperative pathological and clin⁃ical diagnosis.It is concluded that the application of bedside ultrasound in emergency medicine can not only find out the cause of the disease in time and make a definite diagnosis,but also greatly im⁃prove the diagnostic accuracy,promote the patients to accept the correct and effective treatment as soon as possible,and improve the prognosis of the patients,it shortens the recovery period of the pa⁃tients and has high guiding value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
