摘 要:可步行性是城市街道活力的重要体现,探讨街道空间可步行性测度指标和方法,对于城市精细化治理具有重要意义。以合肥市三个中心片区为研究对象,优化步行指数评价体系(Walk Score)的评价指标,采用定量分析法,对街景图片进行语义分割得到各要素的占比,计算不同指标的值,研究合肥市街道空间可步行性的特征。结果表明:街道可步行性特征为老城区(36.724)>滨湖新区(31.037)>政务区(30.007),生活性指标与生态性指标局部正相关,生活性、生态性指标与安全性指标显著负相关。设施服务水平、日常服务设施空间布局、街道绿化程度、步行道宽度和机动交通密度是影响可步行性的主要因素。The walkability of urban street space is an important manifestation of urban vitality.It is of great significance to explore the measurement indicators and methods of Walkability of street space for urban refined governance.By using the methods of in-depth learning and street view pictures,tak⁃ing three central districts of Hefei as the research object,optimize the Walk Score evaluation index sys⁃tem,and explore the characteristics of Walkability of Hefei street space based on the latest urban road network data and Baidu street view picture data.The research results show that:①the average Walk⁃ability of the streets in the three central areas of Hefei City is the old city(36.724)>Binhu New Ar⁃ea(31.037)>government area(30.007),and the average Walkability of the five types of streets is com⁃mercial(36.137)>traffic(33.364)>landscape(32.709)>life(31.049)>comprehensive(30.925);②There is a local positive correlation between lifestyle indicators and ecological indicators,while there is a significant negative correlation between lifestyle and ecological indicators and safety indicators Differ⁃ent street space indicators have different impacts on Walkability.High quality facility service level and daily service facility space layout are conducive to improving the life of street space.Reasonable street greening and pedestrian lane width play a positive role in the ecology of street space,while crowd den⁃sity and number of crossing facilities have little impact on the safety of street space,The safety of street space is more affected by motor traffic.
