摘　　要：伟大事业孕育伟大精神。我国改革开放的伟大实践证明,党长期坚持在判断时代大势中把握主动、在推进理论创新中把握主动、在设计行动方略中把握主动、在总结历史经验中把握主动,这是党对坚持改革开放精神的主动回应和努力探索。从改革开放精神中汲取奋进力量,鼓励改革开放探索,激发改革开放动力,使我们认识到:中国共产党坚持改革开放精神塑造了中国特色社会主义道路上的精神标识,形成了研究和评价改革开放史的重要依据,赋予了党自我革命的底气和勇气。当前我国正处于进一步全面深化改革的关键时期,坚定改革开放精神合乎历史与逻辑的发展,在坚持改革开放精神中把握新的历史主动,助益党在推进中国式现代化伟大征程上展现新作为。Great causes give birth to great spirits.The great practice of reform and opening-up in Chinaproves that the Party has long adhered to taking the initiative in judging the trend of the times,in advancing theoretical innovation,in designing action strategies,and in summarizing historical experience,which is the Party's proactive response and effortful exploration in upholding the spirit of reform and opening-up.Drawing strength from the spirit of reform and opening-up,encouraging reform and opening-up exploration,and stimulating reform and opening-up drive have led us to recognize that the Party's adherence to the spirit of reform and opening-up has shaped the spiritual landmarks on the path of China's socialism with Chinese characteristics,formed the important basis for researching and evaluating the history of reform and opening-up,and endowed the Party with the courage and resolve to carry out self-revolution.At present,China is at a crucial stage of further comprehensively deepening reform.Adhering to the spirit of reform and opening-up is in line with the historical and logical development,and taking the initiative in upholding the spirit of reform and opening-up will enable the Party to display new achievements in advancing the great cause of China-style modernization.
