摘　　要：习近平文化思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有鲜明的政治性、担当性和实践性,探索习近平文化思想如何融入干部政治能力塑造,既有助于丰富习近平文化思想的内涵和外延,更是对干部队伍建设的有益补充。推进习近平文化思想融入干部政治能力塑造,应该关注其理论上的可能性、价值上的必要性,实践上的可行性三重维度,以使其对新时代干部政治能力塑造发挥更好的指导作用。As the important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is with clear political,responsible and practical natures.Exploring how to integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the shaping of political ability of cadres is not only helpful to enrich the connotation and extension of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,but also helpful to the construction of cadres.To promote the integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the shaping of cadres'political ability,we should focus on its theoretical possibility,value necessity and practical feasibility,so that it can play a better guiding role in the shaping of cadres'political ability in the new era.
