摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。新时代推进西藏共同富裕发展,不仅是一个重要的经济问题,更是一个重要的政治问题。关键是要把握好影响发展各因素之间的内在逻辑,从理论与实践上正确认识和处理好整体与局部、稳定与发展、共建与共享、需求与现实四对辩证关系。找准西藏共同富裕发展的阶段性任务,充分认识西藏共同富裕发展进程中的中国特色和西藏特点。立足国家安全、新发展理念、生态保护、强边建设四条主线,做好稳定、发展、生态、强边四件大事,扎实推进西藏地区共同富裕发展。Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.To promote the common prosperity and development of Xizang in the new era is not only an important economic issue,but also an important political issue.The key is to grasp the internal logic of the factors affecting development,and correctly understand and handle the dialectical relationship between the whole and the part,stability and development,co-construction and sharing,demand and reality from the perspective of theory and practice.We should identify the phased tasks for common prosperity and development in Xizang and fully understand the China and Xizang characteristics in the process of common prosperity and development in Xizang,focus on the four main themes of national security,new development concepts,ecological protection,and strengthening the border,and do well in the four major jobs of stability,development,ecology,and strengthening the border,so as to steadily promote the common prosperity and development of Xizang.
