摘　　要：电子政务信息共享是提升政务服务效能的重要抓手,推动政务信息共享是我国深化改革、转变职能、创新管理的重要举措。本文针对西藏县级政府电子政务信息共享中存在政务信息共享体制仍需完善、电子政务系统未能有效融合、信息数据跨部门共享深度不足、专业人才保障存在缺口的现实困境,提出应加强共享数据管理使用机制建设、提升基础设施的覆盖面、建设具有实践共享效能的数据平台、加大宣传力度,强化平台使用率及多渠道推进专业人才队伍建设等实践路径,推动西藏政务信息化建设进入新阶段,充分赋能西藏基层政府治理体系和治理能力现代化。Electronic government information sharing is an important way to improve government service efficiency,promote government information sharing is an important measure to deepen reform,transform functions and innovate management in our country.This paper aims at the practical difficulties in the e-government information sharing of county government in Xizang,such as the government information sharing system still needs to be improved,the e-government system fails to integrate effectively,the depth of information and data sharing across departments is insufficient,and there is a gap in the guarantee of professional talents.It is suggested that we should strengthen the construction of shared data management and use mechanism,improve the coverage of infrastructure,build a data platform with practice sharing efficiency,increase publicity efforts,strengthen the utilization rate of the platform and promote the construction of professional personnel through multiple channels,to push the informatization of government affairs in Xizang into a new stage,and fully modernize the governance system and governance capacity of the grass-roots governments in Xizang.
