摘　　要：法治作为人类共同崇高理想制度的体现,是人权保障的基础。西藏人权事业的发展需要法治加以引领的支持。新时代以来,西藏以习近平法治思想为指导,将尊重和保障人权置于更加突出的位置,人权事业取得历史性成就,具有鲜明的实践特点。在全面建设社会主义现代化新西藏的生动实践中,必须始终坚持习近平法治思想对西藏人权法治建设的引领,全面践行新时代党的治藏方略,持续健全人权法治保障体制机制,不断提升西藏人权保障法治化水平,努力增强各族群众获得感、幸福感、安全感,为全球人权事业发展贡献中国力量与西藏范式。The rule of law,as the embodiment of the common noble ideal system of mankind,is the basis of human rights protection.The development of human rights in Xizang needs the support of the rule of law.Since the beginning of the new era,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,Xizang has given greater prominence to the respect and protection of human rights,and has made historic achievements in the cause of human rights,with distinctive characteristics in practice.In the vivid practice of comprehensively building a new modern socialist Xizang,we must always adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in guiding the construction of human rights and the rule of law in Xizang,fully implement the Party's strategy for the governance of Xizang in the new era,continue to improve the mechanism and system of legal protection of human rights in Xizang,constantly improve the level of legal protection of human rights in Xizang,and strive to enhance the sense of gain,happiness,and security of people of all ethnic groups,to make China's contribution and provide Xizang paradigm to the development of the global human rights cause.
