摘　　要：加强中外人文交流是湖北构建全方位开放新格局的关键一环。近年来,湖北在对外人文交流方面取得了显著成就。文章深入探讨了在“一带一路”倡议背景下,湖北开展中外人文交流的深远价值和内涵,同时回顾了湖北在中外人文交流领域的历史沿革与现状。文章进一步提出了在“一带一路”框架下,湖北深化对外人文交流的战略路径,涵盖打造文化旅游核心品牌、创新对外交流合作模式、推动科技创新合作以及拓展国际传播渠道等多个层面。总体而言,湖北需充分利用其丰富的文化资源,加强与“一带一路”共建国家的人文交流,积极促进长江经济带上的“一带一路”支点建设。Strengthening cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries is a key link in building a new pattern of all-round openness in Hubei.In recent years,Hubei has made significant achievements in cultural exchanges with foreign countries,forming unique characteristics of communication.This paper discusses in depth the profound value and connotation of carrying out people to people and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries in Hubei under the background of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,and reviews the historical evolution and current situation of Hubei in the field of people to people exchanges between China and foreign countries.Under the framework of the"the Belt and Road Initiative",the article further proposes a strategic path for Hubei to deepen its cultural and cultural exchanges with foreign countries,covering many aspects such as building a core brand of cultural tourism,innovating foreign exchange and cooperation modes,promoting scientific and technological innovation and cooperation,and expanding international communication channels.In general,Hubei needs to give full play to its rich cultural resources,strengthen people to people and cultural exchanges with countries participating in the"the Belt and Road"initiative,and actively promote the construction of the junction fulcrum of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the"the Belt and Road"initiative.
