摘  要:在风力发电机组运行过程中,常存在由于安装不到位而导致轴系的预紧力达不到设计值的问题。为此,建立了某MW级风电机组的传动系统模型,针对主轴承装配过程展开了仿真分析和试验测试。首先,研究了轴承内外套圈与主轴、轴承座过盈配合导致的轴系轴向移动,以及竖直安装状态下轴承座对于预紧力的影响;然后,对比分析了不同压紧量及不同运行温度下轴系产生的预紧力大小;最后,在常温下,对主轴承的装配过程开展了位移测试,测量了从前轴承合套后至压紧盖锁紧过程中前轴承内外套圈的相对位移情况。研究结果表明:轴系的轴向位移与轴承套圈过盈量成正比;竖直安装状态下,轴承座重力会导致主轴承产生一定的预紧;轴承运行时,预紧力大小与轴承运行时内外圈温差呈正相关,与轴系平均温度大小无关。位移实测结果与仿真值误差为5.3%,验证了上述轴承装配有限元仿真方法的准确性及安装的可靠性。During the operation of wind turbines,there is often a problem where the preload of the shaft system can not reach the design value due to inadequate installation.A transmission system model of a certain MW wind turbine was established,and simulation analysis was carried out for the assembly process of the main bearing.Firstly,the axial movement of the shaft system caused by the interference fit between the bearing rings and related structures,and the influence of the bearing seat on the preload under vertical installation status were studied.Then,the preload generated by the shaft system under different clamping amounts and operating temperatures was compared and analyzed.Finally,displacement testing was carried out during the assembly process of the main bearing at room temperature to measure the relative displacement of the inner and outer rings of the front bearing from the fitting of the front bearing to the locking process of the compression cover.The research results show that the axial displacement of the shaft system is directly proportional to the interference of the bearing ring.The gravity of the bearing seat in a vertical installation state can cause a certain degree of preloading of the main bearing.The preload during bearing operation is positively correlated with the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings during bearing operation,and is independent of the average temperature of the shaft system.The error between the measured results and the simulation values is 5.3%,it verifies the accuracy of the finite element simulation method and the reliability of installation.
