摘 要:为了研究适合于船厂薄板全熔透对接接头气体保护焊的焊接工艺,针对5mm厚AH36船用钢板的全熔透对接焊缝,进行了φ1.0mm药芯焊丝、φ1.0mm金属粉芯焊丝和φ0.8mm实心焊丝半自动气体保护焊工艺研究,并针对不同的焊接工艺得到的焊缝外观、焊接变形量、力学性能进行对比分析,最终获得薄板气体保护焊接最佳的工艺参数,为船厂薄板气体保护焊接提供生产经验。In order to study the welding process suitable for gas shielded welding of thin plate full-penetration butt joint in shipyard,the test of full-penetration butt welding of 5mm thick AH36 marine steel plate was carried out by using three welding methods:gas shielded welding with 1.0mm fluid-core wire,gas shielded welding with 1.0mm metal powder-core wire,and gas shielded welding with 0.8mm solid wire.The weld appearance,welding deformation and mechanical properties obtained by different welding methods were compared and analyzed,and the best way of gas shielded welding procedure of thin plates was finally obtained,providing practical experience for gas shielded welding of thin plates in the shipyard.
