砼泵耐磨板连续气氛保护钎焊工艺开发与应用

摘　　要：通过深入分析对比现有砼泵易损件耐磨板的生产工艺及钎焊方式,剖析了火焰钎焊、感应钎焊、真空钎焊在实际生产中面临的问题,结合连续气氛保护网带炉和窑炉的特点,成功开发一种适合砼泵耐磨板大间隙、大面积、重工件连续气氛保护钎焊的工艺,并自主研发设计了成套连续气氛保护钎焊设备。应用钎料BCu对砼泵耐磨板进行连续气氛保护钎焊,通过外观检测、超声波无损检测、焊接接头组织分析、元素扩散及界面行为分析,优化工艺参数。结果表明:采用自主开发的连续气氛保护钎焊设备可以快速高效地生产高质量的砼泵耐磨板,钎料BCu对耐磨板的衬板YG20和耐磨板本体Q235B钢具有良好的润湿性和铺展性,焊缝填充饱满,焊脚圆润,焊接接头组织致密均匀,无夹渣和气孔等焊接缺陷,满足工业产品使用要求,并且可以推广应用到盾构机械刀盘上的刀具等工程机械耐磨易损件的生产。In this paper,through in-depth analysis and comparison of the existing production process and brazing method of wear-resistant plate of concrete pump vulnerable parts,the problems faced in the actual production of flame brazing,induction brazing and vacuum brazing are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of continuous atmosphere protection mesh belt furnace and kiln,a continuous atmosphere protection brazing process suitable for large gap,large area and heavy workpiece of concrete pump vulnerable parts is successfully developed,and a complete set of continuous atmosphere protection brazing equipment is independently developed and designed.BCu solder was used to braze the wear-resistant plate of concrete pump wearing parts under continuous atmosphere protection.Through appearance detection,ultrasonic nondestructive flaw detection,microstructure analysis of welded joints,element diffusion and interface behavior analysis,the results show that the self-developed continuous atmosphere protection brazing equipment can quickly and efficiently produce high-quality wear-resistant plate of concrete pump wearing parts.The solder(BCu)has good wettability and spread ability to the wear-resistant lining plate(YG20)and the wear-resistant plate body(Q235B)of the wear-resistant plate.The weld is full and the weld foot is round.The microstructure of the welded joint is dense and uniform,and there are no welding defects such as slag inclusion and porosity,which meets the requirements of industrial products.It can also be applied to the production of wear-resistant and vulnerable parts of engineering machinery such as cutters on the cutter head of shield machinery.
