摘 要:叶轮是离心压缩机的核心部件,离心压缩机叶轮的高速运转对叶轮的焊接质量提出了较高要求,其制造质量和可靠性对机组的安全运行至关重要。窄流道叶轮焊接技术相比其他焊接技术工艺,需要更高的专业焊接技术水平,而引弧效果的好坏将直接影响后续焊接过程能否顺利进行。常规引弧操作方法有直击法和划擦法,但均会因叶轮流道狭窄而带来引弧困难的问题,容易污染焊缝导致缺陷产生,直接影响焊接质量。针对离心压缩机窄流道叶轮焊接引弧问题,介绍了叶轮焊接一种新的引弧方法。通过在工件外试引弧,焊条末端熔化呈熔滴的瞬间及焊条末端处于灼热烧红的状态,迅速将焊条伸向焊缝处或前一次焊接的收弧点进行高温下的热引弧,在达到快速引弧的同时又能够保证引弧位置精准。实践表明:该方法能够有效地提高引弧成功率和焊接质量。The impeller is the core component of the centrifugal compressor,and the high-speed operation of the centrifugal compressor impeller puts forward high requirements for the welding quality of the impeller,and its manufacturing quality and reliability are crucial to the safe operation of the unit.Compared with other welding technology processes,narrow channel impeller welding technology requires a higher level of professional welding technology,and the quality of the arc ignition effect will directly affect whether the subsequent welding process can proceed smoothly.Conventional arc ignition operation methods include direct strike method and scratch method,but they will cause difficulty in ignition due to the narrow impeller channel,which is easy to pollute the weld and lead to defects,which directly affects the welding quality.This paper introduces a new arc ignition method of impeller welding for centrifugal compressor narrow flow channel impeller welding.By testing the arc ignition outside the workpiece,the moment the end of the electrode melts into a droplet and the end of the electrode is in a state of scorching red,the electrode is quickly extended to the weld or the arc closing point of the previous welding for thermal arc ignition at high temperature,so as to achieve rapid arc ignition and ensure the accuracy of the arc ignition position.Practice shows that this method can effectively improve the success rate and welding quality of arc ignition.
