摘 要:主要讨论了通过异种钢焊接技术完成的一种锁具部件,锁具的母材为水韧处理后的高锰铸钢和调质处理后的承压铸钢,其中高锰铸钢的组织为奥氏体,承压铸钢的组织为索氏体。两种母材的化学成分、线膨胀系数和热导率等金属特性相差甚远,焊接难度较大。通过讨论锁具部件两种母材的焊接工艺技术,分析了高锰铸钢和承压铸钢的异种材料焊接方法的选用、焊接工艺的优化、焊接质量的检测等。概括总结了高锰铸钢和承压铸钢的异种材料焊接可借鉴的一般工艺技术。The dissimilar steel welding technology of a lock component was discussed in this work.The base material consisted of the high manganese cast steel treated by water toughening and the pressure cast steel treated by tempering,of which the high manganese cast steel had an austenitic structure and the pressure cast steel had a sorbitic structure.For the significant differences in the chemical composition,the coefficient of linear expansion,and the thermal conductivity between these two base materials,the welding between the high manganese cast steel and the pressure cast steel is a big challenge.The welding technology of the method selection,the process optimization,and the quality inspection were analyzed and discussed on these two base materials.And then a general technique for the welding dissimilar materials between the high manganese cast steel and the pressure cast steel was summarized.
