摘 要:采用竖井开拓方式的矿山建设,临时变更矿井提升机是一二期衔接的重要环节。变更矿井提升机方式有吊桶、罐笼、箕斗及多种提升容器的混合等多种形式。为实现提高变更矿用提升机效率、缩短工期和提升安全水平等目标,总结了竖井临时变更矿井提升机的实践案例,归纳了各自优缺点和适用条件,并就上述变更矿井提升机方案的技术性、合理性、经济性和安全性等课题,进行了初步对比分析和探讨。The temporary change of mine hoist is an important link in the connection of the first and second phase of mine construction using shaft development mode,There are many kinds of ways to change the mine hoist,such as bucket,cage,skip and mixing of various lifting containers.In order to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of changing mine hoist,shortening the construction period and improving the safety level,the practical cases of temporary changing mine hoist in shafts were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of each other and the applicable conditions were summarized,and a preliminary comparative analysis and discussion on the technicality,rationality,economy and safety of the above-mentioned changing mine hoist schemes was made.
