摘 要:针对石圪台煤矿31201综采工作面通过上覆采空区集中煤柱区域时矿压显现剧烈,工作面支架压死现象严重的问题,运用现场观测的方式,对工作面过集中煤柱前、过集中煤柱后的矿压显现特征进行了研究分析,从微震事件及能量角度确定了工作面动载矿压重点防治区域,并提出集中煤柱爆破技术。实践表明,通过对采空区集中煤柱进行定向爆破,矿压控制效果显著。该技术工艺能够有效提高矿井动载矿压灾害防治效果,降低微震事件发生的次数与能量,避免压架现象的发生。In view of the problem that the rock pressure was violent and the support crushing phenomenon of the working face was serious when the 31201 fully mechanized mining face of Shigetai Coal Mine passes through the concentrated coal pillar area of the overlying goaf,the characteristics of the rock pressure before and after the concentrated coal pillar in the working face were studied and analyzed by means of on-site observation,and the key prevention and control areas of the dynamic load rock pressure in the working face were determined from the perspective of microseismic events and energy,and the concentrated coal pillar blasting technology was proposed.The practice shows that by directional blasting of concentrated coal pillar in goaf,the rock pressure control effect is remarkable.This technology can effectively improve the prevention and control effect of mine dynamic load rock pressure disaster,reduce the number and energy of microseismic events,and avoid the occurrence of pressure frame phenomenon.
