摘 要:泊里煤业中央回风立井井底绕道是疏通井底车场拥挤的关键工程,为了尽快贯通巷道,解决井底车场拥挤的问题,通过聚能爆破方法进行巷道围岩周边控制,减少巷道围岩修整,加快岩巷掘进速度,采用数值模拟方法,对不同聚能穴角度条件下裂隙数量、最大裂隙长度与宽度、聚能与非聚能方向的裂隙面积比以及爆破震动速度开展了研究。研究结果表明:聚能穴角度为90°时,聚能爆破效果最优,最符合周边控制要求。通过在泊里煤业中央风井井底绕道进行现场试验,验证了聚能穴角度为90°时,爆破围岩控制的效果较好,能够减小巷道围岩修整,提高巷道掘进速度。The bypass at the bottom of the central return air shaft in Boli Coal Industry is a key project to clear the congestion of the underground parking lot.In order to quickly connect the roadway and solve the problem of overcrowding in the underground parking lot,the surrounding rock of the roadway is controlled by energy gathering blasting method,reducing the repair of the roadway surrounding rock and accelerating the excavation speed of the rock roadway.Using numerical simulation methods,a study was conducted on the number of cracks,maximum crack length and width,crack area ratio in the direction of energy gathering and non energy gathering,and blasting vibration velocity under different energy gathering angles.The research results showed that when the energy gathering angle was 90°,the energy gathering blasting effect was optimal and met the requirements of surrounding control.Through on-site testing at the bottom of the central air shaft in Boli Coal Industry,it was verified that when the angle of the energy gathering hole is 90°,the effect of blasting surrounding rock control is better,which can reduce the repair of surrounding rock in the roadway and improve the speed of roadway excavation.
