慢性病毒性乙型肝炎心理弹性现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探析慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者心理弹性的相关影响因素。方法前瞻性研究,选取2021年4月至2023年4月医院收治的慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者90例作为研究对象,心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)调查心理弹性,线性回归分析慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者心理弹性的影响因素。结果90例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者心理弹性评分平均(57.50±6.55)分;经单因素分析,疾病接受度低下、希望水平低下、家庭月收入<5000元以及自我效能低下的慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者CD-RISC评分低于疾病接受度良好、希望水平良好、家庭月收入≥5000元以及自我效能良好的患者(P<0.05);线性回归分析结果显示,疾病接受度、希望水平、家庭月收入以及自我效能是慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者心理弹性的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者心理弹性水平相对较低,疾病接受度、希望水平、家庭月收入以及自我效能是其心理弹性的相关影响因素。Objective To explore the relevant influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods A prospective study selected 90 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to hospitals from April 2021 to April 2023 as the research subjects.The psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to investigate psychological resilience,and linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Results The average psychological resilience score of 90 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B was(57.50±6.55)points.According to univariate analysis,patients with chronic viral hepatitis B who have low disease acceptance,low hope level,monthly family income<5000 yuan,and low self-efficacy have lower CD-RISC scores than patients with good disease acceptance,good hope level,monthly family income≥5000 yuan,and good self-efficacy(P<0.05).The results of linear regression analysis showed that disease acceptance,hope level,monthly household income,and self-efficacy were the relevant influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience level of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B is relatively low,and disease acceptance,hope level,monthly family income,and self-efficacy are related influencing factors of their psychological resilience.
