加味八珍汤治疗全髋关节置换术后贫血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全髋关节置换术后贫血应用加味八珍汤治疗的临床效果,以便为日后临床制定治疗方案提供参考。方法抽取2022年7月至2024年7月在景德镇市中医医院骨伤一科行全髋关节置换术术后贫血患者30例,依据数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各15例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受加味八珍汤治疗,就两组患者术前及术后血清血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血细胞比容(HCT)、总失血量、中医症候评分及疲劳状况组间比较。结果观察组患者术后1、3、7、10d均高于Hb、RBC及HCT水平,且显性、隐性、总失血量以及中医证候评分、术后7与10dICFS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于全髋关节置换术术后贫血患者应用加味八珍汤具有积极意义,其可有效提高骨髓造血能力,降低失血量,改善临床症状,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of anemia after total hip replacement,so as to provide reference for future clinical treatment plan.Methods extraction from July 2022 to July 2024 in Jingdezhen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine after a total hip replacement postoperative anemia patients with 30 cases,according to the numerical table method randomly divided into control group and observation group,15 cases,the control group receive conventional treatment,observation group to add eight Jane soup treatment,on two groups of patients preoperative and postoperative serum hemoglobin(Hb),red cell count(RBC),blood cell volume(HCT),total blood loss,TCM syndrome score and fatigue comparison between groups.Results In the observation group,1,3,RBC and HCT,and the dominant,recessive,total blood loss,TCM syndrome score,postoperative 7 and 10d ICFS score were lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of positive significance for the application of anemia patients after total hip replacement,which can effectively improve the hematopoietic ability of bone marrow,reduce blood loss,improve clinical symptoms,and has clinical promotion value.
