中医护理方案对脑梗死偏瘫内皮细胞功能及肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析对于脑梗死偏瘫患者在常规护理基础上增加中医护理方案的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2021年10月至2023年10月在本院收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者82例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41),对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以中医护理方案,两组均护理1个月,采用ELISA法检测血清NO、CGRP、ET,采用Fugl Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评估患者上肢、下肢功能。结果护理前,两组内皮细胞功能比较,P>0.05,护理1个月后,观察组内皮细胞功能因子水平均高于对照组,P<0.05;护理前,两组肢体功能比较,P>0.05,护理1个月后,观察组肢体功能评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医护理方案能够提高患者血清NO、CGRP、ET水平,改善内皮细胞功能和血流动力学,从而提高肢体的运动功能。Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing program on the basis of routine nursing for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 82 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method,and divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing program.Serum NO,CGRP and ET were detected by ELISA,and upper limb and lower limb function were evaluated by Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA).Results Before nursing,endothelial cell function was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.After 1 month of nursing,the functional factors of endothelial cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;Before nursing,the limb function of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.After nursing for 1 month,the limb function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing program can improve the level of serum NO,CGRP,ET,endothelial cell function and hemodynamics,so as to improve the motor function of limbs.
