摘 要:为分析不同节瓜种质的耐热性差异及筛选耐热节瓜材料,以21份节瓜种质为试验材料,高温胁迫5d后测定幼苗叶片的相对电导率(REC)、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量和根系活力(RA)6个主要生理指标,通过主成分分析、聚类分析及回归分析对其耐热性进行综合评价。结果表明,21份节瓜种质可分为3类,第1类为耐热性较好的的材料有:FJ1728、G-2-1-1、T-12、D-2-1-3、FJ1729,第2类为耐热性中等的材料有:FJ43、025-2-1、FJ0401、FJ1732、FJ29、E-1、C-3-1、FJ50、FJ1731-2,第3类为耐热性较弱的材料有:F-2、B-4、FJ27、FJ44、FJ14、PJ1749、T-7,并建立其耐热综合评价模型为D=0.546-0.230×REC+0.326×SPAD值+0.031×SOD活性+0.029×MDA含量。研究结果可为节瓜种质创新及耐热性品种的选育提供科学依据。To analyze the differences of heat resistance of different Chieh-qua germplasm materials and screen heat-resistant Chieh-qua materials,21 Chieh-qua germplasm materials were used as experimental materials,and the relative electrical conductivity(REC),relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)content and root activity(RA)of seedling leaves were measured after 5 days under high temperature stress.Principal component analysis,cluster analysis and regression analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate its heat resistance.The results showed that 21 Chieh-qua germplasm materials could be divided into three categories.The first category was materials with good heat resistance,which included FJ1728,G-2-1-1,T-12,D-2-1-3,FJ1729.The second category was materials with medium heat resistance,which included FJ43,025-2-1,FJ0401,FJ1732,FJ29,E-1,C-3-1,FJ50,FJ1731-2.The third category was materials with weak heat resistance,which included F-2,B-4,FJ27,FJ44,FJ14,PJ1749,T-7.Its comprehensive evaluation model of heat resistance was established as D=0.546-0.230×REC+0.326×SPAD value+0.031×SOD activity+0.029×MDA content.The results of this study could provide a scientific basis for the innovation of chieh-qua germplasm and the selection and the breeding of heat-resistant varieties.
