摘 要:水文信息化技术是水利领域的重大革新,在水利防汛工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。该技术通过实时采集、传输、处理和分析水文数据,显著提高了防汛响应速度和决策准确性。基于此,本文探讨水文信息化技术在水利防汛中的具体应用,包括计算机网络及通信技术、水文信息数据库、可视会商系统等方面。这些技术不仅实现了水文数据的实时监测和预警,还提供了科学的决策支持和快速响应能力。此外,数字孪生水利、无人机监测和测雨雷达等新技术也进一步提升了防汛工作的智能化和精细化水平。Hydrological information technology is a major innovation in the field of water conservancy,playing a crucial role in water conservancy and flood control work.This technology significantly improves flood control response speed and decision-making accuracy by real-time collection,transmission,processing,and analysis of hydrological data.Based on this,this article explores the specific application of hydrological information technology in water conservancy and flood control,including computer network and communication technology,hydrological information database,visual consultation system,and other aspects.These technologies not only enable real-time monitoring and early warning of hydrological data,but also provide scientific decision support and rapid response capabilities.In addition,new technologies such as digital twin water conservancy,unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring,and rain radar have further enhanced the intelligence and refinement level of flood prevention work.
