摘 要:激光清洗作为激光制造中的一项先进技术,相较于传统的化学、干冰、机械打磨、超声波等工业清洗方式,展现出更加环保、经济实用等优势,对于提升我国高端制造装备产业的竞争力具有重要意义。本文深入探讨激光清洗的作用机理,包括高能量密度激光束、激光方向性好、脉冲激光振动效应及等离子体冲击波等,分析常见的激光清洗方法及其应用优势,以及激光清洗的相关运用,展望激光清洗技术的发展趋势,包括技术提升、应用领域拓展、自动化智能化发展及行业标准制定等,供相关人员参考。As an advanced technology in laser manufacturing,laser cleaning shows more environmentally friendly,economical and practical advantages than traditional industrial cleaning methods such as chemistry,dry ice,mechanical grinding,ultrasonic,etc.,which is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of China's high-end manufacturing equipment industry.In this paper,the mechanism of laser cleaning is deeply discussed,including high energy density laser beam,good laser directionality,pulsed laser vibration effect and plasma shock wave,etc.,and the common laser cleaning methods and their application advantages are analyzed,as well as the related applications of laser cleaning,and the development trend of laser cleaning technology is prospected,including technology improvement,application field expansion,automation and intelligent development,and industry standard formulation,etc.,for reference.
