摘　　要：随着城市建筑的快速发展,电梯已成为现代生活中不可或缺的一部分,其安全性备受关注。本研究聚焦于电梯定期检验中的125%额定载重量制动试验,对于确保电梯制动系统的可靠性至关重要。本文首先阐述试验的具体要求与意义,随后分析超载保护装置偏差、制动力不足以及电气开关失效等常见问题,提出相应解决策略。此外,还详细说明了试验前的准备工作、实施方法以及试验后的检测分析,旨在提高相关单位对电梯定期检验125%额定载重量制动试验的重视程度,确保电梯安全运行。With the intensive development of urban buildings,elevators have become an indispensable part of modern life,and their safety has attracted much attention.This study focuses on the 125%rated load capacity braking test in the periodic inspection of elevators,which is essential to ensure the reliability of elevator braking systems.This paper first expounds the specific requirements and significance of the test,and then analyzes the common problems such as the deviation of overload protection device,insufficient braking force and electrical switch failure,and puts forward corresponding solutions.In addition,the study also details the preparation,implementation method and post-test detection and analysis before the test,aiming to improve the attention of relevant units to the regular inspection of the elevator 125%rated load brake test to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
