摘 要:本文基于通用装备保障的实际特性,结合多年维修经验,从准确分析故障现象、故障排除的思路方法以及典型故障剖析三个方面进行深入探讨,详细阐述如何通过目视、鼻嗅、耳闻、手摸等多种方法准确判断故障现象,并提出从主到次、由简至繁、先外后内的故障排除原则。通过原理分析法、静态测量法、触摸观察法、对比替换法和分段检测法等多种方法,总结通用装备故障排除的一般方法和具体思路。同时,选取几个典型故障案例进行详细剖析,为通用装备保障人员分析和解决装备故障提供参考,有助于更高效地完成装备保障任务。Based on the actual characteristics of general equipment support and years of maintenance experience,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion from three aspects:accurate analysis of fault phenomena,ideas and methods of troubleshooting,and typical fault analysis.This paper elaborates on how to accurately judge the fault phenomenon through various methods such as sight,nose smell,ear hearing,hand touch,etc.,and puts forward the troubleshooting principle from primary to secondary,from simple to complex,first outside and then inside.Through various methods such as principle analysis method,static measurement method,touch observation method,contrast replacement method and segmented detection method,the general methods and specific ideas of general equipment troubleshooting are summarized.At the same time,several typical fault cases are selected for detailed analysis,which provides a useful reference for general equipment support personnel to analyze and solve equipment failures,and helps to complete equipment support tasks more efficiently.
