摘 要:老旧小区改造是城市更新的重要组成部分。以砌体结构为主的老旧建筑,在长期使用过程中,经受材料老化、附加荷载、地震等影响,会积累一定的损伤。本文对不同损伤程度砖柱粘贴碳纤维布(CFRP)后进行轴心受压试验,研究损伤程度、倒角半径、粘贴层数对破坏模式、变形特性、极限承载力的影响。结果表明:经CFRP布加固后,损伤砖柱极限承载力随着损伤程度的增加而减小,当损伤程度达到70%时,与未加固的砖柱相比,其极限承载力依然可提高1倍以上;砖柱的极限承载力随倒角半径的增加先增加后减小,最优值为25mm,此时极限承载力比无倒角时提高了25.3%;CFRP布粘贴2层时,可显著提高损伤砖柱的极限承载力和轴线变形刚度,而进一步增加粘贴层数,则对承载力和变形刚度的提高效应有限。根据影响因素得到了损伤砖柱加固承载力的预估公式。The reconstruction of old residential areas is an important part of urban renewal.The old buildings with masonry structures will inevitably accumulate certain damage under material aging,additional load,earthquake and other causes during long-term use.In this paper,the axial compression tests are carried out on brick columns with different damage degrees pasted with carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP),and the effects of damage degree,chamfer radius,number of pasted layers on failure mode,deformation characteristics and ultimate bearing capacity are studied.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the damaged brick column reinforced by CFRP decreases with the increase of the damage degree.When the damage degree reaches 70%,the ultimate bearing capacity of the brick column can still be more than one time higher than that of the unreinforced brick column.The ultimate bearing capacity of brick columns increases first and then decreases with the increase of chamfer radius,with an optimal value of 25 mm.At this point,the ultimate bearing capacity is 25.3%higher than that without chamfer.When CFRP cloth is pasted in two layers,it can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity and axial deformation stiffness of damaged brick columns,while further increasing the number of layers has limited effect on improving the bearing capacity and deformation stiffness.And based on the influencing factors,an estimated formula for the reinforcement bearing capacity of damaged brick columns was obtained.
