摘  要:对运营状态的既有建筑改造,在满足改造功能实现的同时,还需更多考虑尽量降低施工过程对建筑正常使用的影响。本工程采用预应力钢结构技术进行结构加固改造,在原有结构上新设高强钢拉杆,与原结构构件相结合,将局部屋面结构由原钢梁柱支承结构转换成双向不对称张弦梁的受力形式。通过严谨的结构设计配合以精细的现场施工,充分照顾了既有建筑现状,在避免对原结构造成不良影响的同时实现抽柱置换改造,获得业态功能的提升,实现结构加固改造目标。Together with the renovation functions,further consideration is needed to minimize the impact on the normal use of the building during the structural renovation construction for existing buildings in operational status.Prestress technology is introduced for steel structure reinforcement and renovation in this project,partial roof structure is transformed from original beam column support system to a bidirectional asymmetry beam string which is composed of new addition steel rods and related existing structural components.Combining rigorous structural design with meticulous on-site construction,fully take care of the current situation of existing building,to achieve steel column removed renovation while avoiding adverse effects on the original structure,enhancing the functionality of business formats,realizing the goal of structural reinforcement and renovation.
