摘　　要：中共二十届三中全会是在以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的关键时期召开的一次十分重要的会议。全会在深刻总结全面深化改革的历史经验基础上,擘画了进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的宏伟蓝图。从改革开放史来看,这次全会在改革开放的历史进程中具有继往开来的里程碑意义,标志着全面深化改革进入新的历史阶段。从现代化史来看,进一步全面深化改革,为推进中国式现代化提供不竭动力,开辟了人类实现现代化的新道路。从社会主义发展史来看,进一步全面深化改革对实现21世纪世界社会主义的振兴具有划时代的里程碑意义。The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a very important meeting held in the critical period of our striving to build China into a great modern socialist country in all respects and to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese modernization.On the basis of a profound summary of the historical experience of comprehensively deepening reform,the plenary session has drawn up a grand blueprint for further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese modernization.From the perspective of the history of reform and opening-up,this plenary session has a milestone significance in the historical process,marking a new stage in the comprehensive deepening of reform.From the perspective of the history of modernization,the further comprehensive deepening of reform has provided inexhaustible impetus for the promotion of Chinese modernization and opened up a new road for human modernization.From the perspective of the history of socialist development,further comprehensive deepening of reforms is of epoch-making significance for achieving the revitalization of world socialism in the 21st century.
