摘　　要：能否在有效的监督下正确行使人民赋予的权力,直接关系社会主义现代化事业的兴衰成败。新中国成立75年来,党和国家在加强权力监督、建立健全权力监督体系,切实把权力关进制度的笼子方面进行了不懈探索,取得了重要成效。新时代新征程,完善党和国家监督体系成为纵深推进全面从严治党的重要内容和制度保障,也成为成功拓展中国式现代化的内在要求和战略支撑。完善党和国家监督体系是一项复杂的系统工程,既要发挥党内监督的主导作用,又要强化各类监督的职责功能,还要注重群众监督的基础作用。各类监督主体必须各负其责、各种监督形式必须贯通协调,切实构筑监督屏障、形成监督合力,为中国式现代化提供全方位立体化的制度保障。The exercise of the power granted by the people under effective oversight is directly related to the success or failure of the socialist modernization cause.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 75 years ago,the Party and state have made unremitting explorations in strengthening power oversight,establishing a sound power oversight system,and effectively Restraining power in an institutional cage,and achieving important results.On the new journey of the new era,improving the Party and state oversight system has become an important content and institutional guarantee for the in-depth promotion of full and rigorous Party self-governance,as well as an internal requirement and strategic support for the successful expansion of Chinese modernization.Improving the oversight system of the Party and the state is a complex systematic project,which requires not only playing the leading role of intra-Party oversight, but also strengthening the responsibilities and functions of various typesof oversight, and paying attention to the fundamental role of public oversight. All kinds of oversightsubjects must bear their own responsibilities, and all kinds of oversight forms must be coordinated, so asto effectively build oversight barriers and form joint forces of oversight, and provide all-round and threedimensionalinstitutional guarantee for Chinese modernization.
