摘　　要：新中国成立后,为打破以美国为首的西方国家的封锁和包围,中国政府积极开展保卫和平运动,大力发展人民外交,以期建立最广泛的国际统一战线。1952年,新中国发起并举办了由多个国家参加的亚洲及太平洋区域和平会议。与会代表围绕防止日本军国主义复活、结束朝鲜等地战争、促进民族独立、加强经济文化交流、保障妇女权利与儿童福利等议题进行了深入探讨,通过了《告世界人民书》《致联合国书》《关于日本问题的决议》《关于朝鲜问题的决议》等多项重要文件,进一步指明了亚太地区和平运动的任务与方向。亚洲及太平洋区域和平会议的召开增进了各国人民对新中国的了解,在塑造新中国国家形象、巩固国际统一战线、推动世界和平运动发展方面发挥了积极作用,具有重要的历史意义。In order to break the blockade and encirclement of the Western countries headed by the United States after the founding of new China,the Chinese government actively launched a campaign to defend peace and vigorously developed people's diplomacy to establish the broadest international united front.In October 1952,new China initiated and held the Asia-Pacific Regional Peace Conference,which was attended by multiple countries.The attending representatives conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as preventing the revival of Japanese militarism,ending the wars in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and other regions,promoting national independence,strengthening economic and cultural exchanges,and safeguarding the rights of women and children.The Conference adopted a number of important documents and resolutions,such as Letter to the People of the World,Letter to the United Nations,and further pointed out the tasks and direction of the peace movements in the Asia-Pacific Region.The Asia-Pacific Regional Peace Conference enhanced the understanding of the people of all countries about new China,played a positive role in shaping the positive national image of new China,and consolidating the international united front,promoting the development of the world peace movements,and had great historical significance.
