巴歇尔槽明渠流量计测量能力分析

摘　　要：为分析巴歇尔槽明渠流量计的测量能力,利用实验室明渠流速流量标准装置对4#、5#标准巴歇尔槽进行了测试。试验结果显示,随着流量的增加两种型号巴歇尔槽明渠流量计的示值误差均由负转正,且最大示值误差在±3%以内。由此得出巴歇尔槽明渠流量计测量能力能够满足JJG 711—1990的要求,适应于明渠流量计量,同时可以根据试验结果进行示值误差定点修正,进一步提高流量计的测量能力。The 4#and 5#standard Parshall flumes were tested by the laboratory open channel flow rate standard device to analyze the measuring ability of the open'channel flowmeter.The test results show that the indicating error of the two Parshall flume channel flowmeters changes from negative to positive with the increase of flow rate,and the maximum indicating error is less than±3%.The conclusion is that the measuring ability of Parshall flume channel flowmeter can meet the requirements of JJG 711-1990,and it is suitable for the flow measurement of open channel.At the same time,the indicating error can be fixed point corrected according to the test results,and the measuring ability of the flowmeter can be further improved.
