摘 要:针对目前测量方法不能满足高准确度、全量程差阻式读数仪电阻比的校准需求,基于差值式读数仪的测量原理,提出采用直接测量法与比较测量法两种方法对电阻比示值误差进行校准,分别对两种方法进行比对验证和不确定度评定,实验表明两种方法测量结果差值的绝对值小于7×10^(-5),归一化偏差值小于1,验证了两种测量方法电阻比示值误差测量结果的一致性,均可进行电阻比示值误差的测量。The current measurement methods of resistance ratio cannot meet the calibration requirements of high accuracy and full range differential resistance reading instrument.Two methods based on the measurement principle of differential resistor reading instruments were proposed to calibrate the resistance ratio indication eror.These methods are direct measurement method and comparison measurement method.These methods were compared and verified.The uncertainties are evaluated.The result shows that the absolute value of the dfference between the measurement results of the two methods is less than 7×10^(-5),and the normalized deviation value is less than 1,which verified the consistence of these measuring methods.Both methods can be used for the measurement of the resistance ratio indication error.
