摘　　要：学术译者的素养决定着中华学术成果走向世界的能力。文章首先对学术译者素养进行概念界定。其次,结合中华学术外译项目的分析,从学术、语言与文化和媒介与数智三个层面、五个构素对学术译者素养的内涵进行阐释。最后,从译者、高校和社会三个维度对学术译者素养的发展路径展开研究,旨在为中国学术“走出去”夯实人才根基,增进中外学术交流,提升中国学术话语的国际传播能力。The literacy of academic translators determines the ability of Chinese academic achievements to reach a global audi-ence.This paper begins by defining the concept of academic translators'literacy.It then analyses the components of the liter-acy in the context of Translation Project of Chinese Academic Works,elucidating its significance from three dimensions:aca-demic,linguistic and cultural,media and digital intelligence,encompassing five elements.Finally,the paper explores the de-velopmental approaches for enhancing academic translators'literacy from the perspectives of translators,universities,and so-ciety.The goal is to solidify the talent foundation for Chinese academics to go global and promote academic exchanges between China and foreign countries,thereby enhancing the international communication capacity of Chinese academic discourse.
