摘  要:本文针对锅炉燃烧过程中的照明色温显示问题展开研究。采用光谱分析法对不同燃烧阶段的火焰色温进行测量,并结合色温与燃烧效率的关系,设计出一套适用于锅炉本体的照明色温显示系统。该系统能够实时监测锅炉燃烧过程中的火焰色温变化,并根据色温的不同呈现出相应的颜色,为锅炉操作人员提供直观的燃烧状态反馈。通过对比试验发现,采用该系统后,锅炉的燃烧效率得到明显提升,节能效果显著;同时,也大大降低了锅炉操作的难度,提高了安全性。本研究对于推动锅炉燃烧过程的智能化控制具有重要意义。This paper studies the problem of lighting color temperature display in the process of boiler combustion.The spectral analysis method is used to measure the flame color temperature in different combustion stages,and combined with the relationship of color temperature and combustion eficiency,and a set of lighting color temperature display system suitable for the boiler body is designed.The system can monitor the flame color temperature change in the combustion process of the boiler in real time,and present the corresponding color according to the different color temperature,providing intuitive combustion state feedback for the boiler operators.Through the comparative test,it is found that the combustion efficiency of the boiler is significantly improved,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.At the same time,the application of the system also greatly reduces the difficulty of boiler operation and improves the safety.This study is important for promoting the intelligent control of the boiler combustion process.
