摘  要:自1980年代“社区”在我国作为行政概念和实践工具确立,近几十年来规划领域对社区社会时空关系的深度研究不足、社区规划和行动中物质补缺型倾向突出。针对这一问题,采用理论分析和经验分析相结合的方法,聚焦社区和社区规划的社会维度思考。辨析社区和社会的概念关系,解析社区共同体的社会维度内涵;剖析社区问题量化“达标”判断的缺陷,拓展社区分析的社会病理学方法和社会时空分析方法;切换社会和社区的视角,探讨社会问题的社区解决方案;进一步阐释社区规划的潜在社会议题,寻求将社会维度的前瞻性思考、社会议题的创新性探索嵌入社区规划的过程,以有效地克服社会问题造成的社区规划技术难点。Since the establishment of"community"as an administrative concept and practical policy tool in China in the 1980s,there has been a lack of in-depth re-search in the planning field on the socio-spatial and temporal relationships of the concept.Meanwhilc,the tendency to address material deficiency issues through com-munity planning and actions has been prominent.This paper aims to tackle this prob-lem by combining theoretical and empirical analysis to delve into the social dimen-sions of community and community planning.The paper clarifies the conceptual rela-tionship between community and society,analyzes the social connotation of commu-nity,critiques the practice of assessing community situations through quantitative stan-dards,and expands the social pathology method and socio-temporal-spatial analysis method for community studies.It also explores community-based solutions to social problems from mutual social and community perspectives.Furthermore,the paper elaborates on potential social issues in community planning and seeks to embed forward-thinking about social dimensions in community planning processes to effec-tively overcome the technical difficulties imposed by social problems.
