摘　　要：绿色建筑作为新时代建筑业高质量发展的重要举措,倡导以人为本,旨在通过各类绿色技术措施的优化组合,实现建筑带给居民更多安全感和舒适感的目标。建筑设计作为建筑工程设计的牵头专业,在绿色建筑设计中起着关键角色,通过优化设计可保障绿色建筑技术被有效设计并实施。文章以厦门市某二星级绿色住宅建筑为例,以建筑设计师的角度从安全出行、室内外环境设计及建筑围护结构节能等方面分析了建筑设计所采取的绿色设计策略,可为建筑设计师提供设计参考,提高绿色建筑设计的合理性,进一步提高绿色建筑设计的质量。Green building,as an important initiative for the high-quality development of the construction industry in the new era,advocates human-centeredness,aiming to achieve the goal of bringing more safety and comfort to the residents through the optimized combination of all kinds of green technology measures.Architectural design,as the leading profession of construction engineering design,plays a key role in green building design,and through optimized design,it can ensure that green building technologies are effectively designed and implemented.Taking the two-star green residential building in Xiamen as an example,the article analyzes the green design strategies adopted by the architectural design from the perspective of the architectural designers in terms of safe travel,indoor and outdoor environmental design,and energy-saving of the building envelope,which can provide design references for the architectural designers to improve the rationality of the green architectural design,and to further improve thequality of thegreen architectural design.
