摘  要:泰兴市长江生态保护海事业务技术用房拟按三星级绿色建筑标准设计。本文详细介绍了该工程中暖通空调系统的设计内容及绿建节能设计要点。本设计中,冷热源采用水源变频多联空调系统,有效提升了空调系统的性能系数,且满足了不同功能房间对空调系统灵活使用的要求;新风系统采用冷凝排风热回收式新风换气机,降低了新风系统的能耗,从而充分利用能源,达到三星级绿色建筑的评价要求。The technical building for the Yangtze River ecological protection maritime business in Taixing City is planned to be designed according to the three-star green building standard.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design content of the HVAC system in the project and the key points of green building energy-saving design.In this design,the cold and heat sources adopt a water source variable frequency multi split air conditioning system,which effectively improves the performance coefficient of the air conditioning system and meets the flexible use requirements of different functional rooms for the air conditioning system;The fresh air system adopts a condensing exhaust heat recovery type fresh air ventilator,which reduces the energy consumption of the fresh air system and fully utilizes energy,meeting the evaluation requirements of a three-star green building.
