摘 要:本文结合城市轨道交通建设项目的特点,分析了基于BIM模型的信息共享和协同设计、模拟与仿真、可视化与沟通等方面的应用适用性。同时,分析BIM技术在轨道交通项目进度管理过程中的具体应用。研究结果表明,基于BIM模型的信息共享和协同设计可以实现项目参与方间的信息交流和协作,基于BIM模型的模拟与仿真可以预测和评估不同进度调整方案的影响,基于BIM模型的可视化与沟通可以提供直观和清晰的项目进度信息。因此,在城市轨道交通项目建设中应积极推广和应用BIM技术,为项目的顺利进行和运营提供支持和保障。This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the progress management of urban rail transit construction projects,and analyzes the applicability of BIM model-based information sharing and collaborative design,simulation and simulation,visualization and communication,and other aspects combined with the characteristics of urban rail transit con-struction projects.At the same time,the specific application of BIM technology in the process of rail transit project schedule management is analyzed.The research results show that information sharing and collaborative design based on BIM model can realize information exchange and collaboration among project participants,simulation and simulation based on BIM model can predict and evaluate the impact of different schedule adjustment schemes,and visualization and communication based on BIM model can provide intuitive and clear project schedule information.Therefore,BIM technology should be ac-tively promoted and applied in the construction of urban rail transit projects to provide support and guarantee for the smooth progress and operation of the projects.
