摘  要:本文从历史建筑保护的实际问题切入,总结出历史建筑在保护和管理实践上普遍存在着的空间分布广泛、所处环境多样、缺乏全天候与精准的监管等问题。进而通过现存普遍问题的解决策略的探寻为导向,建构出基于物联网监控技术与历史建筑监管实践融合创新的实践策略。即通过物联网监控系统前端监控感知设施设备对历史建筑的全时段、全天候的监管实施和数据生成处理,再通过系统中间的网络传输系统层将数据传输到后端的数据处理系统层。由此,实现通过物联网监控预警技术与历史建筑保育、监管等实践过程的融合,并由此实现历史建筑监测监管的智能化与集约化的体系化形成。This article starts from the practical issues of historical building protection and summarizes the common problems in the protection and management practices of historical buildings,such as wide spatial distribution,diverse environments,and lack of all-weather and precise supervision.Furthermore,guided by the exploration of solutions to existing common problems,a practical strategy based on the integration and innovation of IoT monitoring technology and historical building supervision practice is constructed.That is,through the front-end monitoring and perception facilities and equipment of the Internet of Things monitoring system,the supervision and data generation and processing of historical buildings are implemented 24/7,and then the data is transmitted to the back-end data processing system layer through the network transmission system layer in the middle of the system.Thus,the integration of IoT monitoring and early warning technology with practical processes such as historical building conservation and supervision can be achieved,leading to the systematic formation of intelligent and intensive monitoring and supervision of historical buildings.
