摘 要:近年来,我国汽车保有量急速增加,而城市配套停车基础设施建设却相对滞后,“停车乱、停车难”已成为许多城市亟待解决的难题。为满足民生工程中的出行改善需求,促进停车产业的有序发展,本文提出一种以统一支付、全市通停为应用核心,通过对路内和路外停车资源改造升级,提升停车运营管理效率的方法,实现停车资源有序、规范、统一管理,为停车场及道路交通资源规划提供辅助决策数据。With the rapid increase in the number of vehicles in China and the lagging construction of urban supporting parking infrastructure,disorderly parking and difficulty in parking"has become an urgent problem in many cities.To meet the needs of improving transportation in livelihood projects,accelerate the construction of urban parking facilities,promote the orderly development of the parking industry,and under the background of smart city construction,this article proposes a unified payment and city-wide parking as the core application.It combines the Cloud,Big Data and internet of things technologies to access road-side and off-road parking resources through transformation and upgrading,breaking the"information island"of parking resources,improving the efficiency of parking operation and management,and realizing the orderly,standardized,and unified management of parking resources.At the same time,it provides auxiliary decision-making data for the planning of parking lots and road traffic resources and provides reference suggestions for the future construction and development of smart parking.
