摘  要:本文针对装配式建筑电气管线与结构交叉,发生管线形变、结构失调,影响建筑安全的问题,设计了基于BIM的装配式建筑电气管线与结构分离技术。通过空腔敷设装配式建筑内墙板照明管线,将照明管线敷设在建筑内墙板的空腔内,从而避免墙体开槽埋管对建筑结构的损伤。同时,集中明敷装配式建筑吊顶电力管线,将电力管线布置在建筑非承重的吊顶位置,利用建筑结构的稳定性,避免管线发生形变或损伤。此外,基于BIM电井暗敷建筑弱电管线,利用BIM的三维可视化与模拟功能,精确规划弱电管线在建筑内部的布局与走向,确保其与建筑结构的有效分离。采用实例分析,验证了该技术的管线与结构分离效果更佳,能够应用于实际生活中。This paper designs the separation technology of electrical pipeline and structure of prefabricated buildings based on BIM for the problems of pipeline deformation and structural imbalance and affecting building safety.The lighting pipeline of the prefabricated building interior wall panel is laid through the cavity,and the lighting pipeline is laid in the cavity of the building interior wall panel,so as to avoid the damage of the wall slot buried pipe to the building structure.At the same time,the power pipeline of the ceiling of the prefabricated building is concentrated,and the power pipeline is arranged in the non-load-bearing ceiling position of the building,and the stability of the building structure is used to avoid deformation or damage of the pipeline.In addition,based on the dark application of the BIM electric well to the building weak current pipeline,the three-dimensional visualization and simulation function of BIM are used to accurately plan the layout and direction of the weak current pipeline inside the building,so as to ensure its effective separation from the building structure.The example analysis proves that the separation effect of pipeline and structure is better and can be applied in real life.
