摘 要:利用煤基固废进行绿色充填是解决当前煤炭生产矸石、废石占地的有效措施之一,也是提高煤炭资源利用水平的重要手段。结合任家庄煤矿绿色充填示范工程,研究提出测算该类项目经济效益——经济评价模型,并以实施的任家庄煤矿实际数据,从工程的资源效益和经济收益进行了测算。结果表明:该示范工程每年可实现经济收益9174.42万元,资源效益25320.68万元。Green filling by using coal-based solid wastes is one of the effective measures to resolve the cur⁃rent land occupation issue by gangue and waste rock generated during coal production,and it is also an im⁃portant means to improve the utilization level of coal resources.Based on the green filling demonstration proj⁃ect of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine and through research,this paper describes the economic evaluation model for calculating the economic benefits of this kind of projects,and with the implemented actual data of Renjia⁃zhuang Coal Mine,calculates the resource and economic benefits from the project.The result indicates that this project can realize annual economic benefits of RMB91.7442 million and resource benefits of RMB253.2068 million.
