摘  要:某公司环氧乙烷装置EO精制塔顶冷凝器筒体与设备法兰的环焊缝存在裂纹缺陷。分析了EO精制单元工艺流程特点和冷凝器特性参数,从设备运行时间、裂纹缺陷位置和形状特点,得出裂纹缺陷的主要原因是酸洗钝化过程中碳钢侧防护不完善,异种钢材料之间的焊接存在异向性和焊接应力。根据现场修复的安装空间条件给出了裂纹缺陷修复处理的步骤和注意事项。实施后效果良好,解决了EO精制塔顶冷凝器焊缝裂纹缺陷的问题。Crack defects are identified in the circumferential welds between the condenser shell and the equipment flange at the top of EO purification column of EO plant in a company.By analyzing the process flow characteristics of EO purification unit and the characteristic parameters of condenser,from the operating time of the equipment,location and shape characteristics of crack defects,it is concluded that the main rea⁃sons for crack defects are inadequate carbon steel side protection in the process of pickling and passivation and the existence of anisotropy and weld stress in the welding between dissimilar steel materials.Based on the installation space conditions of on-site repair,this paper provides the steps and precautions for repairing the crack defects.After implementation,the weld crack defects on the condenser at the top of EO purifica⁃tion column are resolved effectively.
