静吸复合麻醉联合右美托咪定对阑尾炎术后患者躁动情况、胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究静吸复合麻醉联合右美托咪定对阑尾炎术后患者躁动情况、胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年8月在商丘市中医院接受腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术治疗的68例患者作为研究对象,按1∶1随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组应用静吸复合麻醉,观察组应用静吸复合麻醉联合右美托咪定。对比两组患者麻醉苏醒指标、术后Riker镇静-躁动评分、胃肠功能及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后苏醒时间、拔出喉罩时间、术后Riker镇静-躁动评分、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间及排便时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性阑尾炎患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗时选择静吸复合麻醉联合右美托咪定,不仅有利于患者术后快速苏醒及胃肠功能恢复,还可以降低术后躁动及并发症发生率,保障手术治疗效果及患者预后。Objective:To investigate the impact of intravenous inhalational anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative agitation and gastrointestinal function in patients with appendicitis.Methods:A total of 68 patients who received laparoscopic appendectomy in Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group in a 1:1 ratio.The control group received intravenous inhalational anesthesia,while the observation group received intravenous inhalational anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine.Anesthesia revival index,postoperative Riker sedation and agitation score,gastrointestinal function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Postoperative revival time,removal time of the laryngeal mask,postoperative Riker sedation and agitation score,recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of intravenous inhalational anesthesia and dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic surgery for the patients with acute suppurative appendicitis is not only conducive to rapid postoperative revival and gastrointestinal function recovery,but also can reduce the incidence of postoperative agitation and adverse reactions,and ensure the surgical treatment effect and the prognosis of patients.
