改良眼袋整复术在修复下睑皮肤中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良眼袋整复术在下睑年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取在2023年6月—9月到(广州、中山)奥拉克丝医疗美容门诊部就诊并治疗下睑眼袋的患者140例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用传统眼袋整复术治疗,观察组采用改良眼袋整复术进行治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、面部整体美容效果改善分级(GAIS)改善总有效率、泪沟畸形等级量表(TTRS)评分、皱纹严重程度分级量表(WAS)、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果:观察组术后治疗总有效率、GAIS评分改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组的TTRS评分低于术前(P<0.05),术后观察组的TTRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组的WAS评分低于术前(P<0.05),术后观察组的WAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组并发症的发生率更低(P<0.05)。观察组各项满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与使用传统眼袋整复术相比,使用改良眼袋整复术修复下睑皮肤的效果显著,可有效减轻泪沟畸形和皱纹,获得良好的美容效果,提高治疗满意度,且并发症发生率较低。Objective:To observe the effect of improved pouch reconstruction in the treatment of lower eyelid rejuvenation.Methods:A total of 140 patients who went to Guangzhou/Zhongshan Olakes Medical BeautyClinic Co.,Ltd.for improved pouch reconstruction from June to September 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional method,and the observation group was treated with improved pouch reconstruction.The total effective rate,the overall improvement of GAIS,TTRS score,WAS score,the incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After surgery,the total effective rate and the improvement of GAIS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TTRS and WAS scores of both groups were lower than before surgery(P<0.05),and the TTRS and WAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),and all satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Results:Compared with traditional method,the improved pouch reconstruction has a significant effect on repairing the lower eyelid skin.It not only effectively reduces wrinkles and achieves good cosmetic results,but also improves treatment satisfaction and reduces the incidence of complications.
