参萸顿咳汤治疗小儿百日咳综合征痉咳期的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参萸顿咳汤治疗小儿百日咳综合征痉咳期的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2024年1月平顶山市中医医院收治的90例百日咳综合征痉咳期患儿,以随机数表法分成研究组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用参萸顿咳汤联合常规西药治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及血清炎性因子水平。结果:统计治疗总有效率,研究组95.56%(43/45),较对照组的80.00%(36/45)高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:参萸顿咳汤应用于小儿百日咳综合征痉咳期的治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,降低血清炎性因子水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenyu Dunke Decoction in the treatment of children pertussis syndrome in spasmodic cough perio.Methods:A total of 90 children with pertussis syndrome in the spasmodic cough period admitted in Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,and divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Shenyu Dunke Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy and serum inflammation factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenyu Dunke Decoction in the treatment of children pertussis syndrome in spasmodic cough perio can improve the clinical effect and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
