摘　　要：目的:探讨辰时百会透刺联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗高血压的临床效果,以及对患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2023年6月项城市中医院收治的80例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40例患者。为对照组患者使用羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗。为观察组患者联用辰时百会透刺和羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血压、肠道菌群、血管内皮功能及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者收缩压、舒张压低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者拟杆菌、双歧杆菌及乳杆菌的水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者肠球菌、酵母菌及肠杆菌的水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者血管内皮生长因子、一氧化氮的水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者内皮素-1的水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的总发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:辰时百会透刺联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗高血压,可显著改善患者血压,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of hypertension and the influence of intestinal flora in patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertension admitted to Xiangcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,intestinal flora,vascular endothelial function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Enterococcus,Saccharomyces and Enterobacter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of endothelin-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chenshi Baihui penetration acupuncture combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of hypertension can significantly improve the blood pressure of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
