摘　　要：目的:探究自我管理为指导的护理模式对痛风性关节炎患者自我管理状态及情绪状态的影响。方法:将2022年10月—2024年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的80例痛风性关节炎患者根据随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例患者。对照组进行常规痛风性关节炎护理,观察组则进行自我管理为指导的护理干预。比较两组护理前后的自我管理状态(以痛风病人自我管理评估量表评价)、情绪状态[以心境状态量表(POMS)评价]及患者对护理的总满意率。结果:护理后观察组的痛风病人自我管理评估量表评分高于对照组,POMS量表评分低于对照组,患者对护理的总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理为指导的护理模式可显著改善痛风性关节炎患者的自我管理状态及情绪状态,更受患者的认可。Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing mode guided by self-management on self-management and emotion state of patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing for gouty arthritis,and the observation group received the nursing intervention guided by self-management.The self-management state(evaluated by gout patient Self-management Assessment Scale)and emotion state[evaluated by Profile of Mood States(POMS)scale]before and after the nursing,and the total satisfaction rate of patients with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Self-management Assessment Scale scores of gout patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the POMS scale scores were lower than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of patients with nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode guided by self-management can significantly improve the selfmanagement and emotion state of patients with gouty arthritis,and it is more recognized by the patients.
