“宣肺通窍”针刺法治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察“宣肺通窍”针刺法治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将70例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,治疗组采用“宣肺通窍”针刺法,对照组为传统针刺法。每周治疗3次,2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后的耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)、耳鸣残度量化表(THI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗后2组患者TEQ、THL、SAS评分均有明显下降,且治疗组较对照组评分下降幅度大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组总有效率85.71%,高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“宣肺通窍”针刺法可有效缓解患者耳鸣症状,对治疗神经性耳鸣具有良好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the“Lung Diffusion and Orifice Clearing”acupuncture method for treating neurological tinnitus.Methods:Seventy patients with neurological tinnitus were randomly divided into a treatment group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The treatment group received the“Lung Diffusion and Orifice Clearing”acupuncture method while the control group underwent traditional acupuncture.The treatment was administered three times per week for two weeks per course,with two courses in total.The changes in Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ),Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores before and after treatment were observed and the clinical effect outcomes were compared between the groups.Results:After treatment,TEQ,THI,and SAS scores significantly decreased in both groups,with the treatment group showing greater reductions than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.71%,significantly higher than the 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).with damp-heat impedimentConclusion:The“Lung Diffusion and Orifice Clearing”acupuncture method effectively alleviates tinnitus symptoms and demonstrates significant clinical effect for treating neurological tinnitus.
